Allegiance And Leadership

Tags

Different leaders have different ideas about leadership. For example, look under the perspective of Jack Welch's leadership, which, though quite modern compared to the many leaders, is still based on traditional leadership principles enough.

First, here's a more philosophical notion that effective in the modern leadership that the basic principles of effective leadership, not the style and methods are listed, are built on, which is later explained.

A UK government initiative began in March 2008, which showed that young people have an oath of allegiance to "Queen and Country", which appears as a means of national loyalty, identity and allegiance.

Although packaged as a suggestion to deal with 'enemies' among the young, the idea was basically related to leadership - or rather the failure of leadership.

The idea was good and unanimously rejected by all sensible commentators as silly nonsense, but does not provide extraordinary perspective and used to examine the main principles of real leadership to declare: 1.Always, when the leaders say that people do not follow the system, the leaders are not missing.

2.Leaders lost due to isolation, delusion, arrogance, stupidity plain, etc., but because they become obsessed with imposing their authority, rather than actually leading.

3.Incidentally, helping people lead a shared vision, not telling people what to do.

4.It is not possible for a leader to understand and lead people as the leader of a large head in the clouds or stuck firmly in his ass.

5.That say - loyalty to the leadership depends on leader has a connection with and understanding the needs and wishes of the people and capabilities. The solution to the challenge of leadership does not have to be on the needs and desires of the leader. Leadersip solutions are generally located on the needs and desires of the followers.

6.The suggestion that faith and after can be built only with the question whether forcing people to be faithful is no basis for effective leadership.

7.Prior expect people follow the leader first must demonstrate vision and values worthy to follow.

8.A types of leadership should be interesting, given the followers of the same type. In other words, leadership can not behave in a way that requires that one not.

9.In other words, for people to embrace and follow a modern, compassionate, honest, principles of ethics, peace and justice, they should look at the quality of leadership displayed by them.

10.People leader who is smarter than most think.

11.People have a sharper awareness of the truth of the many leaders of the most thought.

12.People quickly lose faith in a leader who behaves as if paragraphs 10 and 11 do not exist.

13.People generally have a response that avoids the leaders - they have only a little better than helping leaders to lead - as rooted in their own lives.

14.A screw leadership in a big way to come clean and admit their mistakes. People will forgive mistakes, but usually they do not tolerate being treated as idiots from the leaders.

15.And the problem of error, the error is a chance to be better, and repent and lessons learned. This is how civilization progresses.

'16a Leader must be brave enough to talk when the little people want to fight. Anyone can resort threats and aggression. Aggressive does not lead. Maybe it's a few thousand years ago but not now. Human nature and civilization became more refined. Leaders must be enabled not inhibit this process.
